The maintenance form must be completed on site during maintenance while at the client’s place. In the event of incidents, for example, the following information is required: the names of the client and contractor, the date and time of maintenance service, the address and the general description of the service as well as notable observations (non-conformities, etc.). The signature of the contractor and the client will be required at the end of the form, which will allow for internal administrative follow-up.
Example: A heating specialist responds to a client’s service request, and will need to fill out the maintenance form and have it signed by the customer before leaving.
